Specifications include, but are not limited to: Edmond Public Schools (EPS), located in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking proposals for an identity management and provisioning solution, to be implemented in the Summer of 2024. EPS staff will evaluate proposals and recommend the best solution to the EPS Board of Education based on several criteria including cost, features, scalability, manageability, compatibility with existing infrastructure, independent research, feedback from reference sites, and other factors. EPS currently has approximately 3,200 staff and 26,000 student accounts. Additionally, there are several hundred accounts manually created and managed for various reasons that should be excluded from the management of this platform.
