Lime Conditioning for Gravel or Asphalt Roads: Furnish labor, equipment, and material delivered to site to stabilize heavy clay with hydrated lime, depth and percentage to be determined by qualified laboratory on 12’-22’ wide Gravel or Asphalt Road base 5% over run. The top 8-12 inches deep of all roads must be reclaimed before placing Lime Conditioning from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Soil Cement Base Material for Gravel or Asphalt Roads: Furnish labor, material, and equipment delivered and distributed at site, to stabilize the existing road, percent by volume of Portland cement to be determined by a qualified laboratory, cut in on 12’ – 22’ wide Gravel or Asphalt Road base 5% over run primed and ready for asphalt, price per square yard, If Lime is not required the top 8-12 inches deep of all roads must be reclaimed before placing soil cement from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
