Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, parts and labor to complete the work described or referenced in this rfp, and provided BE 21-L42 IHS Specifications. 1. Investigation/ inspection of existing on-site well system components per the provided I.H.S. Specifications. 2. Scheduling investigation/ inspection in cooperation with I.H.S. Engineer’s schedule to ensure that a representative from I.H.S. may be onsite to approve repairs/ replacement of components as they determine necessary based on findings. 3. Complete replacement of well components as authorized by the I.H.S. Engineer. 4. Contractor shall provide Owner with all required I.H.S. closeout documents, including: water test results and drawdown and recovery log. 5. Contractor will not receive final payment until all closeout documents are submitted; and Owner has been supplied with full lien waivers for all subcontractors and suppliers. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for electrical connections and any required trenching. 7. Contractor will be responsible for all yard repairs caused by system installation, including grading, black dirt cover and seeding. 8. Contractor is responsible for calling Gopher One before digging. 9. Although we acknowledge the weather and soil condition dependent nature of the work, it is expected that the work be completed as soon as possible; but the contract will be drafted with a completion deadline date of July 31, 2024. 10. For bids totaling $25,000 or more, .5% TERO tax fee shall be included in the base bid and paid to the TERO office prior to receipt of final contract payment.
