Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals from qualified exhibit designers or multimedia content creators to design three new touchscreen interactives designed to enhance the experience of children and families who visit a museum-quality interpretive center exhibit about the wildlife and ecology of the San Francisco Bay. The exhibit is located inside the Redwood Shores Branch of the Redwood City Public Library, owned and operated by the City of Redwood City, California. 1. Provide design, programming, setup, and installation of the interactive electronic exhibits, applications, and games described in Attachment C - Exhibit Modifications drawings and photos, specifically those described as Items E, H, and J. 2. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and furnishings as shown or implied on the drawings to properly connect computer exhibits, applications, and games. The Contractor shall ensure all content and equipment are in proper working condition prior to contract completion. The touchscreens will be installed outside the scope of this RFP and are not the responsibility of Contractor, but Contractor will be responsible for providing any additional hardware, such as computers, needed to run the touchscreen applications.
