Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor will be tasked with the delegated final design, engineering, and permitting for the solar panel installation at the Downtown Connection Center (DCC). This includes ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. This includes the comprehensive installation of photovoltaic solar panels. Furnish and install solar panels, associated components such as inverter systems, mounting and support structures, battery storage solutions (if applicable), and monitoring and control systems. The contracted vendor is expected to thoroughly review and adhere to the provided solar panel system design for guidance. The final design should integrate seamlessly into the existing project constraints, respecting the contractor's construction schedule and jobsite rules. Task 1: Contractor is requested to furnish and install the following and ensure the follow requirements are met Delegated Design and Engineering: • Complete design, engineering and approval of the photovoltaic system through local AHJ process. • Compliance with local regulations and industry standards. • Ensuring structural integrity, optimal energy capture and compatibility with building electrical system Installation: • Install solar panels with tie into building electrical system according to the approved design and engineering specifications. • Ensure all installations meet industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes.
