Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) services of limited scope in support of its Physical Plant/Facilities department. Through this RFP, the District intends to supplement the pool of awarded contractors to the District’s previous solicitation, RFP #23-010 Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Services of Limited Scope for Physical Plant/Facilities Projects. The District’s objective is to ensure services are available from a pool of wide-ranging contractors capable of meeting the needs of the District’s Physical Plant/Facilities department. It is not necessary for vendors previously awarded through RFP #23-010 to participate in this new solicitation process, RFP #24-010. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to establish a set of pre-qualified contractors to perform work on a broad range of maintenance, repair, and operations projects on an “as needed” basis, and at the District’s sole discretion. The RFP will cover small skilled labor projects. It is not intended to be utilized as a multidiscipline contract vehicle. Awarded contractors can perform the services for which they are awarded. Services are to include but not limited to installation, removal, repair, consultation, and measurement. The Physical Plant/Facilities department is responsible for utilizing, by way of example and not limitation, the following services in support of its mission: x HVAC to include equipment purchase, rental, maintenance, and repair; x electrical to include high voltage, secondary, and lighting; x electrical to include low voltage security/data wiring and connectivity; x plumbing/sewer; x interior finishes; x ceiling tile; x painting; x grounds and landscaping, to include equipment purchase, rental, maintenance, and repair; x earthwork services; x flooring and material installation, maintenance, and repair; x furniture repair, renovation, and upholstering; x facility maintenance; x locksmith services; x automotive fleet maintenance and repair, including collision repair; x mobile lifts and forklift rental, maintenance and repair; x door/hardware material maintenance and repair; x overhead door/ hardware material maintenance and repair; x concrete and asphalt, installation, repair, and replacement...
