Specifications include, but are not limited to: continued and uninterrupted contract services for their existing VSys One Volunteer Coordinators and System Administrators Subscriptions from Bespoke Software, Inc. during the implementation of the Point of Sale (POS) and Event Management System awarded as a result of RFPT30034902202328, which includes a replacement solution for MDC’s existing Volunteer Management System. CT192559001 is being amended to add additional renewal periods during the implementation of the new POS and Event Management System. The VSys One software, additional tools, hosting, and maintenance/support currently provided by Bespoke Software, Inc. for MDC’s existing Volunteer Management System is proprietary and only available from Bespoke Software, Inc. None of the VSys One products or services are provided or maintained through a reseller or any other source. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under section 34.044, RSMo and the state is pursuing this amendment via a single feasible source procurement.
