Specifications include, but are not limited to: MWVCAA is looking to update the current IP based camera system for the Head Start Preschool Program and is requesting bids for the system components. Installation of the system is not part of this request. The camera system will cover both inside and outside locations with longer and shorter-range cameras. The system must have a robust data retention with ability to pull clips as needed. The new system should be accessible via web-based access with user control permissions for various users. Community Action Head Start is a State and Federally-funded pre-school and early childhood program. We serve the communities in Marion and Polk counties with multiple sites and classrooms. The main office for MWVCAA is located at 2475 Center St NE in Salem, Oregon.
