Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals for the following programs will be considered: • Current Long Term Homeless (LTH) providers who are seeking additional units for a new sitebased housing development project where 20% or more of the units will use Housing Support; • Current Housing with Services—Independent (HWS-I) providers who are seeking additional units for a new site-based housing development project where 20% or more of the total project units will use Housing Support; and • Board & Lodge (B&L) proposals will be accepted on a limited basis. Preference may be given to those who will exclusively serve those identifying as women and those who will provide individual bedrooms in their facilities, and for those proposing to use B&L as a model for the building for sale by Hennepin County at 143 East 19th Street, Minneapolis.
