Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking up to 50 independent contractors to review and score educator applications for the Tennessee Educator Recognition Programs. The contract period for reviewers will begin approximately February 20, 2024, and end October 31, 2024. Contractors must meet the following minimum requirements: be detail-oriented and exhibit a rich understanding of the scoring criteria. understand and be able to effectively complete the processes involved in scoring recognition applications. be comfortable using and have access to required technology. be available to conduct reviews within the scoring window. See the attached pro forma cover letter and terms and conditions. This substantially represents the contract document that the awarded Contractor must sign. Based on curriculum evaluation scores, the Tennessee Educator Recognition Scorers will be able to: Score the recommended number of applications once all applications have been submitted. The number of applications will be equally distributed among reviewers with a maximum of 80 applications per reviewer. Participate in virtual training and certification. Align application scores with a panel of expert reviewers. Complete all paperwork, including a timesheet on a template provided by the State.
