Specifications include, but are not limited to: This part of the RFP sets forth the University's minimum standards and requirements for a Direct-Delivery Dairy Products Vendor under this contract. This contract will name a Direct-Delivery Dairy Products Vendor for the University. Vendors should be as complete and responsive as possible in stating their positions and capabilities with respect to the requirements listed. Vendors are encouraged to present any unique methods, which have proven to be successful in other operations. The University's total purchases under its current Direct-Delivery Dairy Products agreement exceed $150,000 per calendar year. The University's Contract Administrator(s) will serve as the University's representative in dealings with the Vendor awarded under the terms of this agreement. The University Contract Administrator will work in conjunction with the authorized Vendor representative to help ensure a successful operation in which high quality products and customer service result in mutually profitable operations that will maintain the University's reputation for providing World Class food services.
