Specifications include, but are not limited to: DCF and KDADs are seeking competitive bids for the provision of Security Services at three (3) facilities, per the following specifications, for the following buildings in Topeka: 555 S Kansas Ave, 500 Southwest Van Buren Street 503 S Kansas Ave. Security guards are often the first and last person customers see, it's important that they dress professionally Having a neat, clean, and professional image goes a long way to deterring problems and criminal acts. Additionally, while in our facilities the security guards are a reflection of DCF, KDADS and the State of Kansas. We are requiring security guards to be dressed in traditional security uniforms that are similar to law enforcement uniforms.
