Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidders shall schedule monthly, on-site visits at SWC. Current schedule includes 20-25 residents pervisit. Schedule can be coordinated to accommodate bidder’s availability. Occasionally, Bidder may be asked to visit resident on cottage Bidder shall provide general foot care, including but not limited to: toenail care trimming and taking care of ingrown toenails; trimming callouses and corns; treatment of foot infections Bidder shall follow treatment of diabetic residents at SWC Bidder shall evaluate individual needs of SWC residents for specialized footwear particulary those with deformed feet. Bidder shall bill Medicare/Medicaid office or third party insurance for services when applicable Bidder must maintain current provider number for Medicare/Medicaid services Bidder Shall provide proer invoices to SWC for charges not covered under Medicare/Medicaid or third party insurance. Bidder shall comply with current HIPPA rules and regulations with regard to PHI (Personal Health Information) of SWC residents is required.
