Specifications include, but are not limited to: In ten (10) cottages, cottages 401-410, provide & install draperies, valances, and blinds in accordance with attached specifications. Removal & disposal of the existing hardware & draperies shall be included in scope of work. Bids shall be submitted as a price per cottage. Price is to be inclusive of all draperies, valances, and blinds, as well as any measuring and installation, along with the removal and disposal of existing hardware and draperies. Each cottage will include two (2) pair of draperies at approximately 108" width x 56" length, five (5) pairs of draperies at approximately 42" width x 56" length, one (1) valance at approximately 32" width x 10" length, and one (1) blinds at approximately 27" width x 38" length.
