Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bernalillo County is in search of a 501(c) 3 organization residing in Bernalillo County that has demonstrated past excellence in workforce/entrepreneurial development for BIPOC entrepreneurs, women-owned businesses, BIPOC, and other under-served businesses throughout Bernalillo County. The scope of work will be centered on expanding and implementing an existing workforce/entrepreneurial development program specific to the needs of Bernalillo County. The applicant must demonstrate a proven ability to provide workforce development and entrepreneurial services/support services. The Organization must also be able to provide information on existing populations served (unemployed, underemployed, areas of the county, success rates, number of minorities served, and income level of population served).
