Specifications include, but are not limited to: Coconino County Health and Human Services (CCHHS) is responsible for public health activities, offering more than 60 programs and services throughout Coconino County ranging from birth certificates, immunization services, communicable disease investigation and response, and Medical Examiner death investigations. CCHHS utilizes data from the various programs including data from State, CDC and Hospital systems to help provide information and analysis on County programs. CCHHS is seeking the services of an Independent Contractor (IC) to act as program acquisition, service support in a Linux environment (administrator), patching, hosting in a cloud environment, integration with SAML. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing the R-Studio environment for the Coconino County Epidemiologists while providing support for the R Developer Language. The selected contractor will also be responsible for assistance of a 100% cloud deployment, managing OS patching, security and support for the R Language and Platform. R-Studio will not be an open-source platform due to the sensitive data.
