Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall have sufficient facilities, certified repair personnel, original equipment parts inventory and repair equipment to meet the needs of this contract. Louisville Metro Purchasing and Fleet Services Personnel may inspect the bidder’s facilities to determine if they are sufficient to meet these requirements. If it is determined that the facilities, repair personnel, parts inventory and repair equipment are not sufficient to meet the needs of this contract, the bid will be deemed non-responsive. The contractor must have the capabilities, facility and trained staff to perform repairs on CNG powered vehicles. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to deliver the products in an efficient and workmanlike manner.
