Specifications include, but are not limited to: Refer to the attached (draft) modified AIA B101-2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, which shall serve as the basis of the contract between the Owner and the Architect. The selected firm shall provide the necessary drawings and specifications to address (1) the corrective stage rigging and stage lighting system and (2) the necessary modifications to the front of house lighting in the Auditorium space. The selected firm shall provide all associated drawings, specifications and bid package documentation required of the contractor to perform the corrective work. Note that the district participates in the Tools for Schools program, which the new equipment is to comply with. Note that the project will be subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. B. Attached are three exhibits, as part of this RFP, which are to be reviewed and incorporated, as necessary, into the project drawings and specifications.
