Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of an existing girl’s and boy’s locker room serving the West Gym of the high school built in the 1980’s. Scope includes demolition of existing, masonry, doors and frames, bathroom partitions, new HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, lockers, benches, office renovations, LED lighting, ACT, floor finishes, painting, etc. As with all school projects, time is of the essence due to the short summer window when school is out of session. Project work substantially completed date is projected to be no later than August 23, 2024. Due to the location of the locker room and egress paths to exterior doors, the Proposer shall include all building protection including floor protection of the hardwood gymnasium flooring A dedicated construction capital appropriation is committed to this project.
