Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing membrane roofing, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges, and metal flashings. 2. Removal and replacement of existing masonry veneer where necessary to accommodate flashing. 3. Removal and replacement of existing metal ladders, roof hatch, and other roof accessories. 4. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking and wood blocking. 5. Removal and replacement of existing unit skylights. 6. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and related piping and insulation. 7. Provision and installation of modified bituminous membranes, underlayment, and flat and tapered insulations. 8. Provision and installation of new flashings, caps, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and specified, including new scuppers. 9. Offsite disposal of all removed materials.
