Specifications include, but are not limited to: At this time, the Town of Stonington is seeking the services of a Construction Manager to act as Advisor, and to work with the Mystic Boathouse Park Implementation Committee, Town Staff, and Town procured consultants already on the project including, Kent+Frost, AECOM, Fuss and O’Neill, Weston and Sampson, Martin Brogie, Down To Earth LLC, and Race Engineering including but not limited to, construction documents and bidding and construction administration phases of this project. The scope of services shall be consistent with the American Institute of Architect’s Owner / Construction Manager Agreement as Advisor, AIA C132-2019 CM. The services will include pre-construction consultation including all project estimating beginning with Construction Document phase. The construction manager selected will be expected to manage the pre-construction, solicitation and award, construction, and postoccupancy/warranty phases of all phases, including any contractors or vendors hired directly by the Town, and to coordinate with the owner and architect/consultants. The selected representative will coordinate the integrated design process to establish and document compliance with environmental and building performance goals. The selected representative will coordinate with the design team, owner, and third party agencies and all authorities having jurisdiction over this project.
