Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is seeking an individual/organization qualified to furnish psychometric services as needed. The services are provided for all Kentucky state required assessments that would include the summative assessment, alternate assessment, etc. This contract would also feature work with the Career Technical Education (CTE) End of Program assessments. The services shall also include validation and research support for Kentucky's assessment and accountability system, the annual Federal consolidated state plan and federal assessment peer reviews., Interaction with the Kentucky Technical Advisory Committee (KTAC) and technical support to other departments within the KDE are expected. Work in support of activities toward a future assessment and accountability may also be required.
