Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work of the Base Bid includes but is not necessarily limited to removal and replacement of existing steel windows with new insulated center glazed tinted storefront glazing. Infill of wall areas not covered by new glass, with stud framing, insulation, R-Panel siding, and gypsum board interior finish. Some new exterior and interior trim and painting. Interior painting of new and repaired surface. Electrical conduit to existing window AC units to remain in place, units to be disconnected and salvaged for owner reuse. New electrical wiring and extensions are required as needed to connect new PTAC units which are in the contract. Also, as a part of the base bid, new Bus and Car Drop canopies are to be constructed. Some drainage and paving work is included in these canopies
