N2 Upgrade and RM-T Sensors - material and labor to replace 56 existing room temperature sensors with new technology BACnet MS/TP Net stats. This includes the material and labor to disconnect and demo the existing room temp sensors, install and reconnect the new room temp sensors, cable terminations, and commissioning to verify proper operation. Existing cabling to the room temperature sensor can be reused. This work must include labor to coordinate upgrade schedules and switch covers with occupants as the building will remain occupied during the course of work. Building 10-71. Direct Digital Controls (DDC) – material and labor to provide a complete temperature control system and extension of the existing web-based facility management system.
