Specifications include, but are not limited to: The responsibilities of Contractor include, but shall not be limited to, the following. A. Upon request by City and on an as needed basis, furnish all materials, qualified labor, approved equipment, and parts to maintain and repair the fueling systems controlled and used by the Fleet Management Division and the Fleet Maintenance group of City’s Department of Airports. Services must meet City’s needs and fulfill the State Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (“DERR”) requirements at the following locations, and at any other new City locations added during the term hereof. B. On-call Routine and Emergency Repair Service - Contractor shall respond to City’s calls for service or maintenance within 12-hours. When City deems the situation to be an emergency, Contractor shall respond within 2 hours. Contractor shall generally accomplish work during regular working hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contractor shall also be available on a 24-hours-per day, 7-days-per-week call-out basis to respond to emergencies. Contractor shall supply City with a dispatch telephone number or names and telephone numbers of Contractor’s employees who shall be available to respond to emergency situations. C. Planned Repairs or Installation Projects - At the request of City, Contractor shall provide a firm written quote, work plan, and timeline for any repair, replacement, or new installation of above and below ground self-contained fuel systems (e.g. “Convault”). As directed by City, quotes may include the installation and programming of any fuel systems, monitoring systems, and pedestals. Contractor shall provide a quote within 5 days of verbal City request. City may accept the work plan, timeline, and cost and may issue Contractor a written authorization to proceed or City may elect to negotiate a revised work plan acceptable to both parties. Written quotes shall itemize the prices of labor and materials, reflecting the hourly rates and equipment discounts stated in Exhibit “B”, Price Schedule. Any supplements not included in the written quote must be approved by the City prior to work being performed.
