Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall: A. Thoroughly complete the Custodial Services in accordance with the Contract, in a professional manner, using quality equipment and materials that conform to all current OSHA standards, and Federal, State statutes, regulations and requirements. B. Oversee that the Custodial Services are completed in accordance with the Contract. C. Ensure the Custodial Services conform with the “Tasks Procedure” section of this Exhibit A to ensure the Facility is uniformly clean, hygienic. D. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for cleaning and maintenance, unless otherwise specified herein. E. Have a supervisor monitor its employees’ arrival and departure or utilize a remote timekeeping system for monitoring employee real-time arrival and departure from the Facility. F. Provide backup staff in the event the primary cleaner(s) or the supervisor is unable to Perform the Custodial Services. Backup staff shall arrive no later than one (1) hour after the scheduled start time. G. Perform the Custodial Services five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. The work schedule is attached as Attachment 1 Task Schedule Checklist. The Attachment 1 Task Schedule checklist for line items 1.A – 1.E of Exhibit B -Price Schedule are based on usage. The Client Agency Designee shall provide a monthly upcoming reservation schedule to the Contractor at the start of each month and provide weekly updates as deemed necessary. The Client Agency Designee shall provide the Site supervisor with a housekeeping daily sheet at the beginning of each shift. The Site supervisor shall provide each cleaner with a housekeeping daily sheet for line items 1.A through 1.E at the beginning of each shift. The Task Schedule Checklist for line items 2 and 3 are continuous Services that are based on a twelve (12) month period, identifying, and delineating the time frames, such as daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for the required Custodial Services. The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance/cleaning calendar reflecting the dates for the weekly, and monthly tasks as indicated in the Attachment 1 - Task Schedule Checklist. The Contractor shall provide the Monthly Maintenance/Cleaning Calendar to the Client Agency Designee prior to the start of each month. H. Laundry Services: Contractor shall perform laundry Services. Laundry Services are performed at the Facility at building 801. Laundry Services include washing, drying, and folding linens and towels that are used at the Facility. Contractor shall use the Facilities commercial washers and dryers to perform the laundry Services. I. Not allow its employees to enter the Facility any sooner than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of their shift, nor re-enter following shift end. Contractor and its employees shall sign in and out of the Facility on an approved time sheet provided by the Client Agency Designee.
