Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new Public Works Campus will house the administrative services for Murray City. The facility will be approximately 44,748 GSF Buildings, 51,457 GSF Exterior Improvements/Landscaping and will be situated on the site as described in the Design Guidelines. The scope of work will consist of all architectural, engineering, and design administration services, as more fully described herein, which are necessary to complete the new Public Works Campus. This facility will be designed with standard construction methods. Materials and systems should be readily available and appropriate for their intended use. The services to be provided will include all basic elements necessary to design and provide construction documents and construction administration in a CMR delivery method.
