Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful vendor will provide phone and radio recording services along with technical support for installation, maintenance, and training on and use for the City. Vendor proposals should cover all components (hardware and software) necessary to provide a logging recorder system as defined herein. The logging recorder system should consist of proven technology that will satisfy the present needs and future growth of the City and be capable of SMS messaging and video, in accordance with the NENA i3 standards for NG911. Vendor proposals should address the requirements for the day-to-day operation, as well as the ongoing management and maintenance needs of the proposed logging recorder system. Vendor proposals should describe how the installation and cutover plan of the proposed logging recorder system will minimize interruptions to the City, as well as the current recording of phone and radio communications within the City. System Features and Functionality - The automatic capture, archival, search, retrieval and exporting of audio recordings (by line) for 29 911 lines, 140 administrative phone lines/extensions within the City, 3 ring-down circuits, and 60 IP/digital radio channels. The proposed recording system should be designed for at least 320 channels to allow for expansion. The automatic capture of ANI/ALI from the 29 911 lines, as well as caller ID and DTMF from the administrative lines, with the ability to search for recordings using these pieces of data. Capture of NG911 Data within the PSAP, such as SMS messaging and video, in accordance with the NENA i3 standards. The ability to provide multiple levels of user access to the recordings and functions of the browser-based software. The ability to provide audit reports related to each individual user’s access to the system and recordings. Vendors shall propose a logging recorder solution that can ensure reliability, availability, and access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
