Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SOW describes the objectives of the RFP. OAHS providers work with other profes-sionals who are part of a multidisciplinary care team, which may include physicians, physi-cian assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, psychiatrists, case managers, social workers, etc. to provide services to eligible PLWH. The APPLICANT may offer suggestions for consideration to amend the SOW to improve the efficiency and or clarity. OAHS services provided to PLWH and are related to: • The treatment of HIV. • Uninsured clients needing medical visits. • Antiretroviral and combination antiretroviral therapies. • Other drug therapies, including prophylaxis and treatment of opportunistic infections.
