Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Contractor shall erect new wall in area labeled # 1, measuring approximately 12’ in length and 12’ in height. Construction material shall be metal three and 3 -5/8” studs. Contractor shall tie both ends of new wall into existing wall. Walls shall be insulated with mineral wool (rock wool) or its equivalent and covered with 1/2” thick sheetrock to include tape, float and accommodations for two duplex receptacles near center on both sides of wall. Contractor shall not be responsible for installing any new receptacles. Contractor shall top out no less than 64 lft of existing wall and sound seal to deck. -Contractor shall erect new wall in area labeled # 2, measuring approximately 16’ in length and 12’ in height. Contractor shall tie both ends of new wall into existing wall. Walls shall be insulated with mineral wool (rock wool) or its equivalent and covered with 1/2” thick sheetrock to include tape, float and accommodations for two duplex receptacles near center on both sides of wall. Contractor shall top out no less than 54 lft of existing wall and sound seal to deck. -Contractor shall erect new wall in area labeled # 3, measuring approximately 19’ in length and 12’ in height. Contractor shall tie the east end of new wall into existing wall. The opposite end of wall shall be smooth finished and reinforced with a metal cover. Walls shall be insulated with mineral wool (rock wool) or its equivalent and covered with 1/2” thick sheetrock to include tape, float and accommodations for existing AC duct grills near the top of wall. -Any damage to existing property from the contractor’s activities shall be restored to pre-work conditions by the contractor at no additional cost to the Board of Regent’s.
