Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lebanon, TN seeks bids for the removal and installation of a replacement for the existing pool dehumidification system serving the indoor pool at the Jimmy Floyd Family Center on a non-exclusive basis, as set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The successful bidder will be responsible for the following major elements: Procurement of all new equipment and materials. Installation of all new equipment. Integration of new equipment with the existing city controls system. Pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing adjusting and balancing of the new system. Warranty the complete installation and all equipment for a period of 12 months following successful commissioning. Warranty of the compressor for a minimum of 5 years. Contractor shall be responsible for restoring any part of the grounds at the Jimmy Floyd Family Center that is rutted or altered by use of heavy equipment; this includes, filling, smoothing, and seeding. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment (including a craned if needed), and materials to perform the Services. The Contractor will coordinate with other City contractors as necessary. The Contractor must dispose of all debris generated in an appropriate manner. The Contractors shall be responsible for all safety training, procedures and requirements.
