Specifications include, but are not limited to: o Address erosion occurring at various locations. o Repair luminaire at various locations due to corrosion and/or nonfunction lighting. Prepare luminaire posts to receive new paint. o Repair of areas with random flaked and peeled paint at areas exposing primer paint. o Repair of isolated areas with packed rust, corrosion/deterioration, caulk failing at web plates, rust stained locations at flange angles, plates, column base plates and lower gusseted connections. o Investigate and address isolated areas with pullout at extrusions. o Investigate and provide recommendations to address hairline cracks at various Pier locations. o Repair seals, sealant failures and deterioration at curbs and joints o Repair transverse joint offset at reinforced concrete slab edge and roadway o Repair railing at isolated areas. o Repair lacing bars at compromised locations as required. o Provide insulation at water pipe at exposed areas. o All paint will adhere to MNDOT bridge paint systems requirements. o Provide recommendation for bridge load capacity and install signage (observed signs of wear since completion-signed for HS-20 rating: 36-ton capacity).
