Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) (collectively State) is seeking a Responder to provide a Leave Administrator Portal with a supportive Orchestration Layer to support the State of Minnesota’s Paid Leave initiative. Paid Leave is a new State of Minnesota benefit launching on January 1, 2026, that will provide partial wage replacement and job-protected leave for over 2.5 million Minnesota workers. The Paid Leave program will be funded by employers and employees in the state, with the employee portion being collected through payroll deductions. The program will be available to every worker in Minnesota and will affect every employer in the state.
