Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder will treat up to 261 acres of meadow enhancement projects, up to 5 separate Meadow Complexes within the Project Area, outlined in the Technical Specifications below, on the lands outlined in Exhibit B-1, RMEF Meadow Habitat Proposal 2022 Map and, Exhibit B-2, SW Cascade Meadow Individual Meadow Groupings Map, for the SW Cascade Meadow Habitat Enhancement Project, Slash & Pile. Bidder agrees to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and related items to perform the following slash and pile services detailed below for the ODFW near Lakecreek, Oregon.Specifically, work is in the proximity of Fish Lake and Robinson Butte and can be accessed via Forest Service Development roads from State Highway 140 and Dead Indian Memorial Road. Work shall be performed using hand tools only (chainsaws, loppers, etc.). The use of 4x4 vehicles such as ATV’s and snowmobiles will be allowed to get to sites, but not allowed in portions of wet meadows, bogs, seeps, springs or riparian habitats that could be damaged by use of such equipment. All work will be performed on Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest Lands.
