Electrical work includes power distribution and service to all HVAC equipment and controls. Demolition work required at cooling tower and boiler systems and demolition motor control center inside electrical room and removal of all unnecessary and abandoned electrical boxes and conduits. Testing, adjusting and balancing of the hydronic systems. System commissioning per requirements of contract documents. Integration of the new and existing BACnet control system.
