Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Broken Arrow is seeking proposals from qualified individual or firms to perform certain support, training and consulting work involving a city project which is to include the following components: Conduct a comprehensive Classification study process for approximately 550 fulltime and part-time, non-sworn employees and their related positions for presentation, recommendation and/or approval by the City Council as appropriate. Review and make recommendations regarding our current compensation/pay structures, pay grade/salary banding and pay designator systems changes for the various City pay groups as well as formulate implementation strategies within our current structure; and Perform and provide job evaluation system training for an internal job evaluation/study committee, review and conduct job studies and where appropriate, have consultant perform limited evaluations on higher level jobs as part of the City’s overall Classification Study process
