Specifications include, but are not limited to: ensure compliance with the required contract provisions for federally funded contracts contained in the current revision of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s (WisDOT) Facilities Development Manual (FDM) and the most current version of WisDOT’s Sponsor's Guide to Non-Traditional Transportation Project Implementation (Sponsor’s Guide). The scope of services for the project shall include the following: Design: Survey Geotechnical Environmental Documentation Design & Structure Reports 30%, 60% and 90% Plans & Estimates Public Involvement Agency Coordination Permitting Utility Coordination Final Trail and Structure Plans Project Manual and Special Provisions Meetings Request to Advertise Documents Request to Award Documents Construction Oversight: Submittal review Inspection Material testing Project Documentation Project Management
