Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor(s) selected under this solicitation will work as part of interdisciplinary teams in collaboration with consumers, their personal support networks, other local treatment providers, law enforcement, and department personnel in the development and delivery of consumer-centered recovery plans and services. The successful bidder may expect to be called upon to participate in individualized clinical assessments, to seek out and propose evidence-based and best-practice approaches to achieving stabilization, to offer a planned safety program for consumers in accordance with those approaches, to document all worked performed, and to participate with the Department in meeting standards for service delivery under the State of Emergency Mental Health Services4 guidelines.
