Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide HVAC and preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs atthe Newberg School District facilities listed below. The preventive maintenance, servicing and repair requirements are per industry standards. Prior to contracting, these items will be discussed and agreed upon with the District. Edwards Elementary School 6. Ewing Young Elementary School 7. Joan Austin Elementary School 8. Mabel Rush Elementary School 9. Chehalem Valley Middle School 10. Mountain View Middle School 11. Newberg High School 12. Catalyst High School 13. SAIL Building 14. Other buildings as defined by the district
