Specifications include, but are not limited to: data collection and reporting services for its Oregon Arts Commission and Oregon Cultural Trust to better understand arts and culture organization operations and health. Data collections will consist of, but not limited to collection of financial, operational, and programmatic data from arts and culture, so they can apply, report for grants, gather insights, use data to strengthen a case for support, and contribute to nationwide research. Business Oregon will need access to monitor, manage and analyze grant program applicant pools including organization progress through completion. Business Oregon will need to have access to reports of each applicant organization that is standardized and comparable. Business Oregon requires a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license for use of applicant data. Reporting tools need to include the following: focus on financial and programmatic health including annual reports, program activity, fundraising, working capital, marketing, and workforce analysis. Contractor will provide support for staff and applicants throughout implementation, grant program launch, application period and closing deadlines. Contractor will also need to be available for applicant webinar training.
