Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bidder shall provide professional design, fabrication, and delivery of a food truck and/or concession trailer that fulfills all of the requirements of Phase 1 and Phase 2 as set forth below. The Bidder’s design and fabrication of the food truck and/or concession trailer shall conform to industry best practices and quality standards, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, material, and labor to produce the food truck and/or concession trailer as proposed and approved by SCOE. SCOE requires and the Bidder must be able to represent that it can and will complete all work set forth below within Phases 1 and 2: Phase 1 Following a successful bid and award(s) by SCOE, the Bidder and SCOE will collaborate to produce a final design and cost from the conceptual design of the food truck and/or concession trailer as part of the Bidder’s initial proposal. The successful Bidder’s prices in its initial proposal shall include all project costs including production of the final design, fabrication, and delivery. Upon completion of the collaboration between the Bidder and SCOE, the successful Bidder shall produce and present to SCOE an updated final design and outline of costs (Final Design), which shall meet all the requirements noted below, as well as any additional requirements presented to the Bidder by SCOE during the collaboration period. Phase 2 After obtaining approval from SCOE of the Final Design, the successful bidder shall work diligently to fabricate the food truck and/or concession trailer according to the specifications within the approved Final Design. In this second step, the successful Bidder will assume all responsibility and manage all fabrication and delivery activities. The specifications outlined in this document detail the anticipated minimum required elements of a food truck and/or concession trailer. The elements of this RFP should be seen as requirements and not just recommendations. If the Bidder is going to provide anything less than the minimum level required by the specification, please state these changes in your proposal.
