Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Madison Engineering Division seeks bids for UV sample pricing for the 2024 CIPP installation season. The shipment of samples will usually happen on a bi-weekly basis, all depending on what projects are happening at any given time. The Project Engineer will be solely responsible for documenting and the shipment of samples to our testing labs. The City will give our contractors a one year completion window, so there could be multiple projects going on simultaneously. The lab must have American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). When the shipment is received, sample results should be sent, via email, within a 2-4 week window. Prices are based on a per sample amount.
