Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix (“City”) Public Works Department requires services from a Contractor(s) experienced in maintaining and repairing chiller equipment. The Water Services and Phoenix Convention Centers Departments may also utilize the resulting contract. The City reserves the right to add or delete locations throughout the contract term. Conduct a full-service annual inspection/maintenance program for the centrifugal, rotary screw, and absorption machines to ensure equipment and systems are operating at peak efficiency and optimal energy efficiency per the equipment manufacturer’s maintenance requirements for the systems. The following requirements shall also be performed, in addition to the manufacturer’s requirements where applicable.
