Specifications include, but are not limited to: Observe our operation over a minimum of (2) days. Analyze the (2) days of site observation and assessment and prepare and schedule a summary of findings. This assessment will identify high-priority issues where improvements could have significant impacts on operations in the following areas: • Health and Safety o Compare current safety and operations to optimal best practices. o Identify safety deficiencies at Gila County Landfills and provide sound, practical solutions. • Operational Efficiency o Training and support to address the safe and efficient handling of waste at the tipping area and active face. o Provide a series of training and support sessions for the Gila County Landfill front-line crew. o Provide practical solutions, and customized training based on Gila County Landfill needs. o Identify the “gaps” where safety and operations can be improved. The specific topics will be consistent with findings during the “gap” assessment. • Documentation o Examine the policies, processes, and practices at Gila County Landfills and look for safety and operational deficiencies. o Develop an assessment summary report. o Help establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). o Fill sequence planning (optional) o Schedule a meeting to review documentation.
