Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor(s) shall create and execute radio advertising and outreach programs. Programs will air advertisements covering every conceivable mission from NDOW, including but not limited to boating, hunting, angling, wildlife, and agency promotion. NDOW often has to deal with unforeseen issues, for example drought and wildfire, so this contract will include advertising and outreach for covering any issue determined by NDOW. Vendor(s) will provide radio advertising and radio production. Vendors need not have every demographic market, but NDOW is looking for several “radio” or multimedia companies that offer a range of stations and production capabilities. The selected vendors will need to work with and seek agency approval on messaging, ad creation and audience targeting before any ads are placed. Work closely with various program managers to ensure proper coverage. Please include value-added capabilities, such as specific media markets reached with radio signals and expertise in creating comprehensive programs and partnerships, such as with sports teams and other local business.
