Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP provides background information and describes the services desired by STATE. It describes the requirements for this procurement and specifies the contractual conditions required by the STATE. Although this RFP establishes the basis for Responder Proposals, the detailed obligations and additional measures of performance will be defined in the final negotiated contract. The purpose of the American Indian Community Mental Health Services Block Grant is to support urban American Indian Organizations in carrying out plans for providing comprehensive community mental health services. Successful Responders must be familiar with and/or have experience with the AIMHBG funding and the American Indian mental health services and supports in the community which are covered in the block grant work. Successful Responders must be mental health providers or offer mental health supports in a culturally responsive practice. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 245.713, subdivision 2(a) Responders must be a registered non-profit with at least a majority American Indian board of directors.
