Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Scottsdale invites sealed submittals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide construction services for public improvements for the project titled, Raintree Drive Extension - Phase 2. Construction will include but is not limited to utility relocations, traffic control, demolition, excavation and grading, roadway construction, driveway improvements, storm drain improvements, retention basin improvements, wall construction, signing and marking improvements, lighting construction ITS improvements, landscaping and irrigation. Construction will be performed in two (2) areas as two phases (2) to be constructed concurrently. Phase 2A shall be the Raintree Drive & Northsight Blvd. intersection to convert existing traffic control to a multilane roundabout and Phase 2B shall be the area between Raintree Drive from 73rd St to 76th St to improve the traffic capacity and circulation.
