Specifications include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive study to formulate implementation strategies for maintenance and improvements related to the multiple historic sites in the area. Cragfont, Wynnewood and Hawthorn Hill are three significant state-owned historic sites all located in Castalian Springs. All three sites are within a two-mile radius from one another and managed by the same non-profit group called the 'Historic Castalian Springs' under an agreement with the Tennessee Historical Commission. Therefore, the study is intended to identify ways to best manage and maintain these sites administratively in the most cost effective and efficient way. The study will also assess existing conditions, establish short and long-term maintenance goals, and develop strategies for possible growth.
