Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Buckeye, Engineering Division, is seeking bids for Police Department Steele Structure. Provide concrete footings, steel building and steel building erection. Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the Steele Structure as detailed in the scope of work. Footings: • (1) Perimeter footing shall be 310’ lineal feet by 16” wide by 24” deep. • All concrete shall be a 3000psi mix. • All perimeter footings shall be 16” wide by 24” deep. • All column footings shall be 3’ square by 24” deep. • All perimeter footings shall have (2) #5 rebars horizontally. • All column footings shall have a #5 rebar mat. • Engineered drawings and calcs for permitting. Building: • 65’- 0 x 90’- 0 x 16’- 0 clear height • Roof purlins shall be 12”x 14ga zee purlins. • Eave gutters and downspouts • Engineered drawings and calcs for permitting. • Erection included.
