Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking proposals for the operation and management of an onsite primary care employee health clinic (“Onsite Medical Clinic”) and the provision, operation, and management of a mobile health clinic (“Mobile Health Clinic”) for employees and their dependents of the City and Participating Entities to use. Offerors must submit proposals for both the Onsite Medical Clinic and the Mobile Health Clinic For the remainder of this solicitation, any reference to City includes the Participating Entities. The City currently provides a BetterHealth Onsite Medical Clinic, currently operated and managed by Presbyterian, and a Mobile Health Clinic, currently provided, operated, and managed by Presbyterian. Presbyterian also currently is the administrator of the City’s medical benefits. The City strives to provide high-quality, cost-effective medical care with a focus on wellness and prevention to enrolled members in collaboration with the City’s Better Health and Wellness Program. The goal is to provide members with free and convenient access to primary medical services to reduce barriers to seeking medical care.
